What to include in a support email
If something went wrong, these four things usually let us answer on the first reply rather than the third:
- the email address on your account
- what you were trying to rename — the file type, and roughly how many files
- the exact error message, if there was one
- the job reference from the app, if it showed one
Please do not attach the file itself unless we ask. We do not need it to diagnose most problems, and we would rather not hold a copy of your document.
